There's something to be said about a local store like this one as opposed to the big box experience. I parked 20 ft from the front door, walked in and a salesman helped me within 20 seconds. I picked out a dishwasher, they had it in stock and I can pick it up today. Amazing. Shop local friends.

These guys did everything in their power to ensure that we had our new fridge on delivery day even though the delivery crew called in sick. They knew we were having real estate photos taken the next day and so the salesperson made the delivery himself. Great service!!! We are so appreciative.

Friendly staff. They went out of their way to make us a priority when our fridge died. We bought a new apartment and ordered new appliances, the fridge died before our new one came in. They made sure we got the first fridge the day their stock came in. Very professional.

We heartily recommend Premium Appliances! We were well pleased with our purchase, plus their service, delivery and installation when we bought our 25 cu ft KitchenAid refrigerator from Premium Appliances in Chilliwack. The store owner served us himself and his demeanor was personable, courteous, professional, and respectful. He and his assistant delivered the refrigerator as promised and were exceptionally careful when moving it through doorways. Because of Covid-19 precautions, they wore gloves and masks, and changed gloves to touch the interior of the fridge. They competently handled the installation and connected the waterline for the icemaker, and willingly relocated our original refrigerator to the basement for us. We were glad to support this relatively new, local, family-owned business, and encourage others to do likewise.

Comment would be excellent salesmanship respecting not being pushy and took excellent interest in customer right from the start. Including extra mile of giving much more effort to obtain information verbally and printed about product. I would like to thank Premium Appliances both Abbotsford & Chilliwack for being so easy to deal with.We needed a new kitchen range but they made such a good deal we ended up with a new microwave as well. There was one small glitch which they were more than happy to make it right & the delivery man was very helpful to my husband on the instillation of the microwave. They had inventory in stock & was delivered two days later.Would highly recommend them to my friends & family.
